Mr. Joe LoGiudice
Principal
Mr. LoGiudice became principal at CCA in 2010, after retiring from a career in operations management and admin with SoCal Edison and two medical device companies. He is a long-time elder in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and has nearly 40 years’ experience in Christian education as a parent and board member at four Christian schools. His daughter Brianna attended CCA from first grade and returned to teach grades 3-5 for five years. Mr. LoGiudice enjoys road trips, photography, growing things, reading, and writing; and he loves hearing the laughter of children at play and work!

Mrs. Leslie Herrema
Teacher, K-2nd  Grade
Mrs. Herrema grew up in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. She has five children, whom she homeschooled for eleven years. The youngest two attended CCA, where she began teaching nineteen years ago. Mrs. Herrema enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her eight grandchildren. Ask her former students what they remember about her class… and the list is long and happy: cursive, multiplication tables, the books of the Bible, Smarties as rewards for learning “special sounds” in phonics, memorizing long Bible passages, and more…

She has been teaching at CCA since 2016.

She’s taught here since then, except for a two-year term as a missionary English teacher in the Czech Republic.
